1. Why I get my print-out color different with when I view in my monitor? (Viewing Colors on Monitor)
Answer:

Online images of our products are not an exact representation of the actual printed colors. Monitor colors will vary from model to model. What you see on your monitor depends on the ambient light you are using your monitor in, adjustments made to your display settings such as brightness, contrast, color balance, color mode, gamma, and white point, as well as the brand, model, age, and overall quality of your monitor. There are unlimited variables that will affect how you see color on your monitor.

Because we have no way of knowing how accurate your monitor displays color, please consider the colors that appear on your monitor as an approximation of what the final printed product will look like. The only way to accurately determine what the final colors will be is to see a physical printout of your card from our machine.

2. May I know how many photos can fit into your photobook of 20 pages, 30 pages and 40 pages respectively?
Answer:
For 20pages Photobook, our recommendation is to put in 80 - 100 photos. (approx. 4-5 photos each page).
You can request to put in more than our recommendation, but the size of each photo will be smaller because more photos to share a page.
Likewise, for 30 pages: approx. 120 - 150. For 40 pages: approx. 160-200.
3. If we need you to design the photobook content for me, what will be the charges?
Answer:
For all our photobook, we will help you to design & put in your photos into every page FREE OF CHARGE to free your headache of design.
Your work is only to sort the photos in sequence, & rename it in order.
If you don't like our range of style, you are free to design your own photobook contents by your favorite program & send your completed design to us.

How can I let you know the sequence of the photos in the photobook?
Answer:
1. You just need to rename your photos according to the order sequence.
Example: "Book_001.jpg" , "Book_002.jpg"
2. You can also seperate the photos for each page into different folder.
Example : Folder with name: [Page 01] (will contain those photos you want it in page 01.)
3. Then compress the photos into few zipped files & upload to us. Or you can send us the CD.

How do I tell you the Title of my Photobook?
Answer:
You can tell us your book title in the "Special Instruction" section when you make your purchase.

If I want to upload a batch of image which using ZIP file, is it possible to upload using the ZIP option?
Answer:
We not allow to upload more than 20MB, in order to prevent this problem, you may separate for each ZIP file into 20MB.

How long will it take to get my prints and gifts?
Answer:

For Penisular Malaysia, the delivery should be within 72 hours. We will send you an email as soon as your prints are dispatched. Mugs, puzzle, and most gift items will be dispatched within 5 working days of the orders being placed. Some gift items require longer turnaround times.

If your order has been dispatched and not received within a few days, please call us for more information.

8. My order has been damaged. How do I organise a replacement?
Answer:

We use very sturdy packaging to avoid damage in the post but it does happen on rare occasions. If that is the case please contact us quoting your order reference and telling us exactly what products/which images are affected. We do reserve the right to ask for items to be returned before replacement but that is not normally required.

I placed my order a few days ago. Why have I not received it yet?

Answer:

We are known for our prompt dispatch of orders so it is unusual for customers to not receive them on time. If you are expecting an order, consider the following points:

Is it due yet?

Most small print orders (placed before 4pm Monday to Friday) are dispatched the next day. Poster and gift orders take usually 3-5 working days although some kinds of personalised gifts take longer. Check the order confirmation email for the expected turnaround time for your orders. It may be that the order isn't due to be dispatched yet.

Has it been dispatched yet?

If we have posted it out to you then you would have received a dispatch confirmation email. This will let you know that it has left our production building and which dispatch method was used to send it. If it was sent by a trackable method then the tracking reference number will be in the email.

I specified the wrong or an incomplete delivery address

If you notice in the dispatch confirmation email that the delivery address was wrong or incomplete please contact us quoting your order reference. Your package may have been returned to us in which case we can send it out to the corrected address.

What type of photo files can I upload to you?

Answer:

We only support JPEG photos. These are photos that end in .jpg or .jpeg. JPEG is the world standard for digital camera images. They produce excellent print results and occupy relatively little space compared to some other formats.

We also allow you to upload ZIP files containing JPEGs.

We do not support any of the following file formats: bitmap, TIFF, GIF, PNG, Jpeg2000 or PDF.

Please note that JPEG files must be in RGB colourspace (not CMYK).

Will the printed photos be cropped?

Answer:
In normal case, your photos are cropped to match the shape of the print size you select. If you want to avoid any cropping by using the "shrink to fit" method, please write your request in the "Special Instruction" area before you check out. In this case, a white border in the photo will appear in the printed results.

Are you produce prints on glossy paper only?

Answer:
Yes, all photographic print sizes are printed in gloss finishes.
13. Can I cancel or change my order after I place it? How do I cancel or change an order?
Answer:
Due to the highly-automated nature of our system, it is very difficult to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We process many thousands of orders a day, and print through the night, so it is likely that your order will have been printed and despatched before we are able to stop it.
