All prices quoted are correct at the time when they are posted to website, and prices quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed through the system.

9. YOUR ACCOUNT
There is no charge to open a PHOTO DELIVERY account at any time. However, PHOTO DELIVERY retains the right to cancel the Service, remove images in accounts or to discontinue accounts that have been idle for more than 90 days. We may do so at our sole discretion.
10. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
PHOTO DELIVERY is proud of the craftsmanship of our products and provides 100% satisfaction quarantee against any manufacturing defects. To obtain a refund or a reproduction, all defective products must be returned to PHOTO DELIVERY within 14 days of receipt. PHOTO DELIVERY is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors; poor image quality derived from low-resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors.
12. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a PHOTO DELIVERY product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, PHOTO DELIVERY shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. PHOTO DELIVERY shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card (applicable for online transactions) has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PHOTO DELIVERY will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
13. STORAGE
PHOTO DELIVERY retains intermediate materials or images until the project has been printed and accepted by the customer. PHOTO DELIVERY is not responsible for any loss or damage to stored materials or images.
14. PAYMENT
Online purchases will be via our payment gateway for credit card user, or alternatively, customers may wish to use other mode of payment. PHOTO DELIVERY will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorized access by a third party to the information you transmit. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your system password and credit card details to avoid its unauthorized use.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from photo delivery website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the responsibility of consumer to file any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
Except as expressly stated herein, photo delivery makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold at the photo delivery website. Except as expressly stated herein, photo delivery expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to photo delivery arising from any product sold at the photo delivery website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall photo delivery, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
Stock Availability
All products are limited to supply on hand. photo delivery makes no guarantee of continued availability should an item be unexpectedly out of stock or backordered from our suppliers. If an item is not available your transaction will be refunded.
Delivery
Photo delivery will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. We aim to never delay the shipment and try our best that your goods reach you on time, as indicated in the timetable. However unforeseen circumstances may occur any time that could delay the delivery. In case you have not received your goods after the normal delivery time, please give us a call. We will try to track the package or alternatively give you the tracking number and the necessary contact numbers.
Replacement and Refund
Most of the products have 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If you have received a faulty product, you can send it back to photo delivery at 18, Jalan PJS 3/46, Sri Manja Square, 46000 Petaling Jaya, Malaysia along with your proof of purchase and product warranty card. The product serial number has to match the product sold. We will help to arrange for repair or replacement, depending on the condition of your product.
There will be no return or exchange due to change of mind. Unless a product is faulty, a purchased product cannot be returned or refunded. Please choose the product carefully before you buy, as we do not exchange product due to change of mind.
